Donald Trump Has Changed the Republican Party

The Republican party was always seen as a group of sniveling and conniving cowards. That was the Republican party. Donald Trump completely flipped the narrative of what it means to be a Republican. Tucker Carlson discussed how the Republican party, despite the narrative the media states, is the party of blue-collar workers. Democrats, on the other hand, are the party of rich elites. You would’ve never thought (at least for older conservatives) that George W. Bush was an Establishment Republican, but look at where we are now. The election of Donald Trump changed the definition of what it means to be a Republican. Not a coward who cowers to the radical Left, but a champion who fights for the betterment of the American people. Tucker Carlson says it best: Republicans are supposed to be the opposition to the radical Left. 

I think everyone can agree that Donald Trump is not your average politician. He’s rude, impatient, and isn’t afraid to tell people off. For some reason, this is a terrible thing. Look, I don’t support the President because of his personality. I support him because of his results, which now thinking about it, wouldn’t be possible if he didn’t have an aggressive leadership approach. Think about it: we had decades of “kind and mannerly” politicians, and look where it put us. In more debt and wars. Under Donald Trump, we have seen an incredible economic boom (pre-Covid), record employment numbers, prolife legislation, declaring Israel a nation, bringing peace to the Middle East, and much more. Donald Trump is the only President in recent history, if not in all of recorded American history, to try to fight human trafficking. Despite all of these accomplishments, the media still lie and smear his character, along with his supporters. Democrats are claiming to be for "peace and unity," yet called us horrid names for 4 years. Pardon my language, but I don't buy that bullshit.

Look at all the so-called Republicans who claimed to fight alongside Trump. After they were reelected, and used Trump’s support to their advantage, they were done with him. They’re glad to see Trump lose his election. That’s their revenge, in my opinion, to Trump defeating them in 2016. I want you to think about something. The media never treated any Republican they way they have treated Donald Trump. Did you ever hear George W. Bush, Mitt Romney, or Paul Ryan called a white supremacist or racist? Nope! Why is that? Because Democrats knew these people could be easily swayed, because they’re spineless at the first sign of trouble. 99% of these Republicans are in bed with the radical Left. There’s only a select few I can say isn’t your Establishment type (i.e. Ron DeSantis, Tucker Carlson, Kristi Noem).

The media treated Donald Trump so horribly because they knew he could expose their corruption, and that’s exactly what he did. My parents, or anyone my parents’ age, always say “You couldn’t tell me Bush was part of the DC swamp 5 years ago. I wouldn’t have believed you.” Republicans have been, and always will be, swamp creatures. In some ways, they’re actually worse than the radical Left, believe it or not. They claim to be on the side of justice, but they won’t go the long way. Donald Trump has. Like Don Jr. said, the “2024 GOP hopefuls is pretty amazing. They prefer to cower to the media mob.” All these Congressmen or Senate could’ve stopped this, but they hate Trump too much. Of course Don Jr. praised Ron DeSantis, who I hope runs in 2024. 

Republicans never even learned their lesson in 2000, when Al Gore "won" his Presidency. Florida was being recounted, but the media claimed Gore won. However, we know that wasn't true because the recount proved Bush won. You'd think both the media and Republicans would've learned something. With the media, you'd think they would've learned about not telling results before a recount is done, but they're doing this to cause chaos when Trump wins. Republicans knew Democrats tried to steal the election, but they didn't do anything to stop this. They allowed that, and are allowing Biden to steal this election! It's sickening. How can people like Jeb Bush support Biden, knowing what is happening to Trump happened to his brother? Same goes for GWB. Oh right, the Establishment includes the Bushes.

Republicans won’t accept anything less than Donald Trump. We, along with many Democrats even, know the lies from the DC Swamp is real. We won’t be continuously lied to anymore. Believe it or not, more people are waking up. Why else are so many cancelling their Fox News subscriptions? Or no longer supporting Republicans like Lindsey Graham or Mitch McConnell? They used Trump's endorsement to win their races, and have now abandoned him. No longer will we accept complacency or mannerly politicians. For the better, Trump changed the way Republicans are viewed. Unfortunately for the RINOs, this means they receive less support. For your average Americans, this is good because we will only choose the absolute best. Pay attention these next few weeks. I also truly hope President Trump realizes that the people who claimed to be for him were never on his side. The GOP abandoned Trump and 70+ million Americans when they needed them the most.
